Chief Operating Officer: Adam Blood (University of West Florida)

Oversees and coordinates fundraising and is responsible for identifying/coordinating efforts to nurture organizational relationships including sponsorships. Acts as grants manager, administrates grants and reports to donors. Prepares annual report, oversees maintenance of website and membership database, oversees communication strategies. With the support of the National Council, publishes the Key. Assists with the logistics and planning of National Council meetings (in-person and virtual).

Chairs Professional Development Committee, promotes professional development in multiple forms (EG: NCA, at tournaments, etc.) of forensic educators. Coordinates gran and other material support for membership that may include mentoring, research support, and workshops.

Chairs the Charter and Standards Committee, assists chapters obtaining charters, monitors the health of existing programs, helps devise methods to evaluate, recruit and occasionally rescind chapter charters.

Acts as the principal liaison to community college members, reports concerns to the National Council and assists in the recruiting of new members.

Oversees and makes policy regarding the organization's archives. Serves as the recorder of historical events and maintains documents related to the organizational history.

Acts as principal liaison to graduate student members, coaches and alumni. Reports concerns and interests to the National Council. Assists professional development activities involving graduate students and recruits new alumni chapters.
